Orders are shipped with Post Haste and are dispatched within 1-3 days
All New Zealand orders and shipped by overnight courier non-signature but allow up to 2-3 days for delivery
All of our strength equipment products are made to order and are shipped with TIL FREIGHT, timescales can sometimes vary but we like to work within a 14-29 working day delivery timescale for NZ orders and 29 working days for outside NZ. International orders please allow up to 14 days for delivery but please remember this is an estimate from NZ Post and we cannot control the weather or any delays in your delivery.
International customers are responsible for any duties or customs charges on their orders.
DIRECT SHIPMENTS FROM MANUFACTURES/SUPPLIERS
Your order can take up to 7-14 working days to arrive, often much sooner.
Products can be sent at different times by different manufacturers, so if all your products do not turn up at the same time, do not be concerned. They more than likely are shipped by different manufacturers. Please measure when choosing your sizing as you will need to pay the shipping charges to exchange your order.
International Duties and taxes
kiwi-strength.com does not pay for International Duty taxes. If a shipment incurs any such charges the customer is responsible. kiwi-strength.com is not responsible for brokerage fees incurred on international shipments. These fees, whether charged by a private or customs appointed broker, are the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for all International additional shipping costs. The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment. All orders shipped airmail unless advised otherwise.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. There is also a $10.00 NZD Re-stocking fee per item. Please note we do not offer refunds on orders shipped direct from manufacturers.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
